If the term "42.8 uv",looks familiar to you,probably you are a friend of the Old Monk,or Neighbour of Jack Daniels. This is what I've named the new short film concept I'm working on. It takes you through a "normal" night in the life of an alcoholic,Mr.Frost. Apparently,it starts with Mr.Frost being drunk..Duh!
